PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Project Management
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead and coordinate assigned projects and initiatives, establishing clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Allocate resources effectively, monitor project progress, and proactively identify and address any risks or issues.
- Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Research and Analysis
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer preferences that can guide strategic decision-making.
- Analyse research findings to identify areas for process optimization and innovation within ongoing and future projects.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement, enhance project outcomes, and maintain a competitive edge.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry best practices, and innovative approaches to project management.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to effectively communicate project status, research findings, and strategic recommendations.
- Present project updates, research insights, and key outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of project-related activities, including project plans, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and project partners.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives, solicit feedback, and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
- Engage with multinational companies, industry experts, and research institutions to leverage external expertise and insights.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
v Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Research, or related disciplines).
v Minimum of 2 years managing a varied portfolio of projects across various disciplines

v Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
v Strong analytical skills, including the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze complex data sets.
v Excellent research abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
v Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey project updates, research findings, and recommendations.
v Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
v Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
