The Hostess will provide an excellent and stellar customer service to guests. 

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Meet and welcome all guests.  
• Maintain and control the flow of the restaurant and bar areas.
• Resolve guests’ complaints.
• Complete opening and closing functions after each shift.   

 The preferred candidate should possess:

• Four (4) CXC or GCE “O” level subjects, including English Language.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar position.
• Sound knowledge of Food & Beverage; and Bar Operations, Banquet, and Event Planning.
• A passion for customer service and the ability to engage with guests.
• A basic understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems will be an asset.
