Duties and Responsibilities for the QA
- monitors and scores the quality for all Insurance Customer Service Associate
- ensures the accuracy of information provided to clients and the accuracy of data entered into our systems
- make recommendations for improving quality
- report all suspicious activity on all calls
- prepare quality report
- report any noticeable trends in call type
Competencies required:
- Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently.
- Interpersonal skills—the individual maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.
- Oral communication—the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and demonstrates group presentation skills.
- Written communication—the individual edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum of 5 CXC’s including Math, and English
- Degree prferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- At least two(2) years experience working in the same capacity
