Duties and Responsibilities for the QA 

  • monitors and scores the quality for all Insurance Customer Service Associate 
  • ensures the accuracy of information provided to clients and the accuracy of data entered into our systems
  • make recommendations for improving quality 
  • report all suspicious activity on all calls
  • prepare quality report 
  • report any noticeable trends in call type
Competencies required:
  • Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently.
  • Interpersonal skills—the individual maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.
  • Oral communication—the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and demonstrates group presentation skills.
  • Written communication—the individual edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information.

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 CXC’s including Math, and English
  • Degree prferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
  • At least two(2) years experience working in the same capacity
