We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, particularly focusing on accounts receivables and payables. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with proven experience in managing financial transactions and account reconciliations. This role will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health and success of our business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the operations of the finance department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.
  2. Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
  3. Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  4. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights on financial performance and forecasts.
  5. Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with business needs.
  6. Collaborate with the management team to set financial objectives, and support strategic decisions with financial insights and analysis.
  7. Liaise with external auditors during financial audits, and implement recommendations for procedural improvements.
  8. Provide leadership and support to finance staff, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • ACCA Qualified or pursing ACCA Level III.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in the gas station or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
