The Senior Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service in selling the Company’s products and services i.e. lottery, sports betting, PIN sales and other electronically distributed products and services.

The Senior Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service in selling the Company's products and services i.e.lottery, sport betting, PIn sales and other electronically distributed products and services. 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar capacity
• Possess excellent communication (written and verbal), customer service and interpersonal skills
• Possess a willingness to work in a shift environment
• Possess an eye for detail and can successfully complete accurate reports in a timely manner

• The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
• • Oversee the operations of the retail office in the absence of the Customer Service Supervisor
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service, for gaming customers
  • Promote and sell gaming products and other services i.e. lottery games, sports betting and PIN sales to increase the growth of the Company’s portfolio
  • Proper stewardship of company’s funds and assets, including effective cash handling and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to the policies and procedures of Supreme Ventures Gaming Ltd.
  • Perform random audits of cashiers
  • Train new cashiers
  • Ensure that stock for the cash cage is ordered in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with the regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements under which we operate for the various services, including:

  -           Betting Gaming & Lotteries Act

  -           Anti-money laundering Regulations / Proceeds of Crime Act
