Bermuda Motors Ltd. is seeking a Service Manager to attend to our valued customers.
The main duties of this position are:
•Complete management of the mechanical department staff, andfacilities.
•Communicate with distributors on technical issues.
•Scheduling workflow via the mechanical shop with emphasis onproductivity and profitability.
Full understanding of manufacture warranty and submission
•Be responsible for creating and achieving the department budget
•Liaison with all other department managers to ensure smoothoperations of service.
•Manage CRM with a view to improving and strengthen customerrelation.
•Manage to BML apprenticeship training with emphasis ontraining qualified Bermudians.
•Liaise and work with the sales department.
Review department procedures and policy for improvement.
•Asses department operational needs and planning.
