Digital and Marketing Officer 

The incumbent is responsible for supporting the overall digital and marketing strategy of the Company. The Officer will oversees the planning and managing of digital campaigns that promote the Companys’ brand, products and services in conjunction with the Commercial & Customer Relationship Manager.

 Responsibilities

• Design and oversee all aspect of our digital marketing platform including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Prepare accurate fortnightly and monthly reports on marketing campaign’s overall performance – measure and report on the performance of  all digital campaigns.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry and make recommendations.
• Input into digital marketing campaign through PPC, email and display networks.
• Demonstrate experience by leading and managing SEO, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Identify target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate audience to act.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience

Qualifications & Key Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or in related field.
• Three (3) years experience executing similar tasks and projects.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of website design and user experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (365)
• Solid knowledge of mailchip/email marketing and website analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics.
• Advance understanding of WordPress, SEO tactics, Hootsuite.
• Highly creative with excellent analytical skills
• Proven experience of delivering successful integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet target deadlines, multi-task.  Must be flexible plus adaptable – experienced in a fast-paced environment.
• SEO/SEM experience and management
• Must possess a valid Driver's Licence
