Floral design company is looking for an experienced designer to join our elite team and work with precision and creativity in a fast paced environment.

Duties:

• Assist in the creation of floral designs
• Assist in the product development planning timeline and follow a schedule to meet all deliveries
• A willingness to learn and grow as a floral designer under the guidance of the lead floral designer

Skills and Competencies You Will Leverage:

• 2- 5 years experience in the floral design industry
• Strong color and design skills, including a strong knowledge of floral varieties
• The ability to multitask and the ability to follow an event floral design 
• Be able to handle the physical demands of standing for long periods of time
• Design expertise and floral certifications are a plus
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to work with cross-functional team members in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment
• Self motivated, dedicated, confident and enthusiastic
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Punctual, reliable and flexible
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Able to work on weekends, shifts and increased hours over peak seasonal times
