Our esteemed client, a trailblazer company in the fields of logistics and event promotions, is currently seeking a dedicated and proficient Accountant to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, coupled with an analytical mindset and a keen attention to detail. Experience in the event management space would be highly advantageous but is not a necessity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing timely and accurate customer invoices.
2. Generating receipts for customers.
3. Preparing GCT return summary.
4. Conducting monthly customer and payment reconciliations.
5. Crafting detailed event budgets and determining profit/loss margins.
6. Ensuring the organization of all documents through diligent filing and general upkeep.
7. Performing intercompany reconciliations and managing other general ledger accounts.
8. Preparing company accounts and any year-end statutory & management reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Candidates must possess an ACCA or CFA qualification, or an equivalent certification in a related field.
2. Proficiency in accounting software such as Peachtree Accounting and/or QuickBooks is essential.
3. Prior experience in an event management setting would be highly beneficial, but not mandatory.
