Job Summary:
As a Medical Sales Representative, your primary role will be to establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with hospitals, medical centres, and doctors within Western region. Your dedication to building and nurturing these connections will contribute to the growth and success of our company.
By leveraging your exceptional sales skills and deep understanding of the medical industry, you will actively seek out opportunities to promote and sell our products to existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new prospects. Your ability to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our offerings will be crucial in securing orders and driving revenue.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our customers' needs are met and exceeded, working closely with them to provide tailored solutions and address any concerns. Your passion for providing exceptional customer service, combined with your knowledge of the medical field, will position you as a trusted advisor and advocate for our products.

Main Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customer accounts, actively seeking opportunities to secure orders for the company's products.
• Identify and pursue sales prospects, following up on new leads and referrals to expand the customer base.
• Build and nurture excellent business relationships with both existing and potential customers within the assigned sales territory, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Take proactive measures to collect outstanding receivables within the specified credit terms, ensuring timely payment from customers.
• Provide management with comprehensive oral and written reports regarding customers' needs, concerns, and potential for new product sales, enabling informed decision-making.
• Stay abreast of market dynamics and monitor competition by gathering up-to-date information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, promotional offers, and other pertinent details.
Qualification and Experience
• Minimum of 2 years successful sales experience and 2 years working in the medical industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and planning skills.
• Practical Nursing Diploma an asset
• Proficiency in computer applications: such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in a distribution company would be a distinct advantage.

• Proficient ownership of a reliable motor vehicle, enabling travel to various client locations and ensuring timely and efficient sales visits.
