Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the management of all components of the Maintenance and Housekeeping departments for Apes Hill Resort Inc.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Oversee the overall daily operation of the Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments.
  • Distribute and manage the service contracts and service schedules for all equipment and utilities of the facility to meet company needs.
  • Manage and control all utilities (electric, water, natural gas).
  • Develop and manage the Company’s Preventive Maintenance Program.

 The preferred candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering; or related discipline.
  • A Certification in Facilities Management or other relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury resort environment.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
