SALES MANAGER
SCOPE
The incumbent has responsibility for the management of the company's corporate and retail sales departments. He/she is accountable for the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the organization’s Corporate and Retail sales strategic plans, to ensure achievement of revenue growth targets, keeping NATCO’s Sales approach innovative and competitive, and ensuring strong market presence that leads to sustained market dominance.
He/she is responsible for Corporate and Retail Business growth by developing and implementing sales plans & Initiatives that are geared towards customer retention and continuous customer acquisition that results in the expansion of the company’s customer base. Further, the individual is responsible for forecasting sales within various time horizons viz. annual, quarterly, and monthly.
Additionally, the individual has responsibility for maximizing the Corporate and Retail Sales Team’s potential and ensuring consistent delivery of Customer-Centric Service and nurturing the company’s customer relationships.
