We are looking for Sales Superstars to join our Inbound Sales team.  
Can Earn up to  $500 per hr after training
Plus a generous sales bonus structure.

Average agents should expect to make approximately $90,000+ monthly

Above average sales agents should expect to make approximately $100,000+ per month with sales incentives.

Superstars should expect to make approximately $130K-$160k+ monthly with incentives.

 

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of our client’s customer experience promise. In this role, they will provide an exceptional experience by giving our client’s customers the insights to help make buying decisions about health-related products and services. This will be completed through analysis of a customer’s current situation and making relevant recommendations to address clients’ desires through and in-the-moment consultative conversations leading to product/service recommendations that will enhance our client’s value proposition with each interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound/outbound calls
  • Take a consultative approach to uncovering solutions regarding new products and services that will help the prospects in their search for health-related products and services
  • Offer resolution within the scope of allotted offerings that may satisfy clients desires. as appropriate
  • Overcome possible prospects objections to persuade a buying action on each call the first time.
  • Meet metrics such as First Call close, Conversion Rates
  • Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment

Required Skills:
