Claims Officer
Reporting to the Claims Manager, the incumbent is responsible to undertake the supervision of the handling and processing of allocated motor and property claims, ensuring that speedy settlement arrangements are maintained, in accordance with the company’s standards.
The incumbent will also undertake and supervise general administrative work in relation to all insurance claims and ensure that a complete and accurate evaluation is done of all matters.
