We are recruiting a Branch Manager who is committed and passionate about sales and is seeking a challenging opportunity with a dynamic and progressive Company.

BRANCH MANAGER - MANDEVILLE 

Kris An Charles Investments Co. Ltd. has been Jamaica’s premier micro finance company since 1992 and operates twelve branches island-wide. We are recruiting a Branch Manager who is committed and passionate about sales and is seeking a challenging opportunity with a dynamic and progressive Company. Applicants must be highly motivated, and extremely proactive and should demonstrate the ability to lead a team and maintain high customer service standards. 

Qualifications & Experience Required  

• First degree in Marketing, Management Studies or Business Administration or similar discipline (completed) 
• A minimum of three years’ experience in sales/lending 
• At least one years’ supervisory experience or formal training in supervisory management 

• Create and maintain awareness of the Company’s brand and maximum visibility for the branch by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the target market 
• Prepare sales objectives for the branch and ensure execution, also coach and mentor direct reports to achieve and maintain high performance standards and deliver excellent results consistently. 
• Ensure that individual and branch targets are met or exceeded 
• Monitor collections to ensure targets are met 
• Ensure that team members adhere to all Company’s policies including attendance, punctuality and dress code 
• Conduct weekly team meetings for discussion of sales plans and scheduling of related activities 
• Prepare monthly branch reports and other Management reports as required  
• Organize group sales presentations with prospective customers   
• Promote the vision, mission and values of the company 
• Ensure that excellent standards of customer service are maintained 
• Maintain petty cash float   
• Open and close branch office

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
