The incumbent will be responsible for managing all financial interests of the company, as well as performing both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Job requirements:
Prepare customer invoices.
Prepare receipts for customers.
Prepare GCT return summary.
Prepare monthly customer and payment reconciliations.
Prepare event budgets.
Determine event profits/losses.
Filing and general upkeeping of all documents.
Intercompany reconciliations and other general ledger accounts
Prepare company accounts and any year end statutory and management reports.
Job Qualifications and Experience:
ACCA or CFA qualified
Proficiency in Peachtree Accounting and/or QuickBooks
Experience in an event management space would be a bonus but not necessary.
