Private Client Officer

The Private Client Officer contributes to the achievement of the objectives and targets of the Branch by delivering high quality services to Private Banking Clients.

Core Functions

• Contributes to the achievement of the objectives and targets of the Branch by delivering high quality services to Private Banking Clients.

• Provides a range of banking services to Private Banking Clients.

• Confirms the customer service requirements and executes a range of specific transactions such as the opening of accounts and the issuing of payment instruments. 

• Receives and responds to customer queries, complaints and service issues and ensures their timely and professional resolution.

• Provides information on products and services offered by the bank.

• Supports the sales efforts by recommending specific product/ service offering and referring the customer to the most appropriate service provider.

• Engages customers to determine their unmet needs for services and products and initiating the referral and follow up processes to facilitate the sales of the products or the access to the services.

• Promotes the use of alternative service channels and encourages migration to automated options Provide exceptional customer service to Private Banking clients, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Accounting or any other related discipline.

• One (1) to two (2)  years’ experience of working in a Banking or Financial Services institution.
