Factory Manager

As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and delegating tasks to your team at Creative Industries. You will also be responsible for ensuring that targets are met while maintaining a positive work environment and demonstrating good leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Daily Production Planning.

• Supervising the factory workers on the production floor.

• Maintaining high standards on the production line for products, staff and the actual work area.
• Liaising with inventory, logistics and sales personnel to ensure effective decision making.

• Implementing production strategies as per the requirements.

• Resolving any factory-related issues.
• Issuing stock-counts and spot checks to ensure accuracy in the inventory.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Factory Manager, Plant Manager, or a similar position in the Facilities department.

• Ability to multitask simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good analytical and leadership skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
