This person will provide exceptional quality customer service by ensuring Massy Distribution USA’s brands maintain on-shelf availability, replenishment targets and planogram compliance at the key locations/markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Assist assigned brand with sales at various locations.
2. Ensure Share of Shelf (S0S) is maintained and work with customers on same.
3. Monitor SOS, OSA and replenishment at various locations.
4. Maximize customer interest and sales levels by appropriately displaying products with proper
pricing and use of P.O.P material.
5. Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory.
6. Provide Reporting Manager or his/her designate with trade insights information including
competitor analysis/images.
7. Monitor stock movement and when necessary, inform assigned Brand Manager with
recommendations for markdowns, promotions, price changes and clear outs.
8. Display, arrange, price and rotate products in store.
9. Maintain store shelves by removing damaged or dated products.
10. Assists in building store displays for maximum sales and turnover.
11. Presents (face) all products in assigned sections. (Pull forward all items as necessary).
12. Work and communicate with buyers, suppliers, stores and distributors.
13. Provide the Massy USA team with images of in store executions.
14. Provide feedback on key competitor activities within the market .
15. Complete store audits as and when required using e-forms or assigned app.
16. Report on key metrics weekly/monthly.
17. Ensure trade execution excellence for all assigned locations.
18. Assist in other areas of work based on the needs of the department and any other area as
necessary in support of Company activities.
19. All responsibilities and accountabilities must be executed in accordance with the company’s
Customer Service Management System (CSMS), Quality Health and Safety Environment
(QHSE) and Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) policies and practices

Qualifications & Experience
• CSEC Completion Certificate inclusive of Maths and English
• First Degree in Business Management or a related field
• 1- 3 years industry experience in a similar position such as Merchandising
Computer Skills
• Microsoft Office Suite will be considered an asset
