Real Time Analyst

Core Responsibilities:

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing management with professional reports aimed at driving performance and to make critical business decisions. The Reporting Analyst will also be directly responsible for all reporting critical to all business units and play an integral role in business development through detailed reporting.

 Essential Functions:

• Expert at reporting tool such as excel & Power Point
• Use analytical skills to design/develop, maintain and publish meaningful professional Quality Reports
• Track and analyse data to identify trends and patterns that will highlight areas of opportunity
• Formulate functions to generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
• Reporting of hourly, daily, weekly, monthly stats for KPIs and other metrics
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality around business strategies and practices

 Essential Knowledge, Skills, Qualification and Training

• Strong proficiency in Windows, Excel
• Strong mathematical/analytical skills

• Excellent aptitude to quickly and efficiently solve problems and answer questions based on current information, escalating information as necessary
• Excellent professional communication skills (both verbal and written) required
•  Strong proficiency in Windows, Excel

 Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree/Diploma  in Business Administration, Statistics or related discipline
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially EXCEL
• Experience in Workforce Management would be an asset
• Working knowledge of AVAYA CMS would also be an asset

• Experience in a similar capacity is required
• Excellent attendance and adherence records meeting the required standards for ≥ 92% of times
• Must be flexible and willing to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, public holidays and any work schedule required to satisfy client and customer needs in a 24/7 work environment
