The Talent Manager is expected to design, manage and implement company-wide talent initiatives to ensure that performance management and employee development programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus.

JOB PURPOSE

The Talent Manager is expected to design, manage and implement company-wide talent initiatives to ensure that performance management and employee development programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus. This focus should set priorities that are aligned with ongoing strategic imperatives. The incumbent will also conduct full life cycle recruitment to source the best talent for TFOB Ltd and maintain effective retention, promotion, and succession planning programs.

 RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
●Partner with business leaders to drive talent management and leadership development strategies, tools, and processes in performance management, succession planning, talent assessment, coaching, development planning, and competency identification to develop leaders to meet the current and future business needs.
● Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, pre-screen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.). Complete the hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start.
● Develop appropriate marketing strategies, define roles and responsibilities of the hiring team, and develop service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment cycle while minimizing cost-per-hire.
● Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development, and implementation of the talent review process required to achieve business goals and results in creating an internal bench of top talent.
 Provide the organization with strategic tools to identify, assess, and leverage talent.
 Designs and implements programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage the organization's talent pool.
 Evaluate and provide reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies.
 Coordinate and create training programs to align talent management with organizational goals.
● Responsible for providing integration support for Human Resources, including but not limited to employee relations; payroll and benefit transition; recruitment; employee onboarding; training; and reporting.
 Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning.
 Perform domestic and global post-deal HR integrations with respect to mergers, acquisitions, and other similar transactions for the NCB Group.
●Working with cross-functional integration teams on the full integration of the organization, ensuring effective change and stakeholder management, focusing on the establishment and merging of HR systems, compensation and benefits platforms, learning & development programs etc. are aligned with the Group.
 Coordinate with and form part of the School of Institution Leadership and Organisation Development (ILOD) to create and develop training programs aimed at aligning talent management with organizational goals.
●Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, standards of performance, and performance evaluation instruments.
 Conduct presentations and facilitate the delivery of the courses at the Corporate Learning Campus when required.
● Contribute to the development and execution of overall business strategy by helping HR business partners and business leaders identify, prioritize, and build talent capabilities.
  Provide resources and support to field management to enhance their talent management and development capabilities.
  Through workforce planning, establish hiring plans and resource planning annually.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  Minimum five (5) years of experience in human resources management
  Prior training in Project Management would be an asset
  Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics, and relationship management
  Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
  Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, and conducting open houses and job fairs.
