Duties and Responsibilities:

For Debit Cards

• Card activation
• Closing/placing hold on cards (hot card)
• Dispute process
• Order replacement cards/new issue
• Transaction related questions
• Take calls from card activation IVR
• Travel alerts

 For Credit Cards

• Card activation
• Provide balance/interest rate information
• Remove eDelivery per client request
• Research transactions
• Dispute process
• Report lost or stolen cards
• Add travel alerts
• Order replacement card
• Order PIN

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills required
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent in Mircosoft Office 
• Strong organizational skills.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum of 4 CXC’s including Math, and English
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• One (1) year experience working in the same capacity
