Learning & Development Manager

 About the Role

 Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this leadership role will provide you with the opportunity to:

• Plan, develop and implement learning & development strategies and programs aligned to the overall Human Resources Strategic Plan;
• Lead on key learning & development functions to include onboarding, succession planning, rewards & recognition, train the trainer management program;
• Provide strong support to culture management, change management and employee engagement initiatives.

• The ability to design, develop and execute learning & growth strategies and programs to close performance gaps;
• The ability to successfully support new strategic priorities and initiatives to achieve high levels of employee engagement and ultimately improved business outcomes;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Education, Business or any equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role designing and implementing learning & development programs to deliver business results
• Three (3) or more years of experience in digital learning and learning design
• Learning & development certification or Adult Learning certification
• Instructional Design certification or experience would be an asset
• Experience in evaluating learning impact
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
