Location: Kingston and St. Andrew


Our Group of companies offer design Development services, Real Estate Development and offer high end Property Management services. 

The ideal candidate is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and director support related tasks and is able to work independently with minimal supervision. This person must be exceedingly well-organized, flexible and able to uphold the mission and values of our company in every aspect of the work. The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with internal and external stakeholders while remaining adaptable, proactive, resourceful, and efficient is crucial to this role. Responsibilities:  

  • Assist office, employees, staff meetings, and general petty cash restock for kitchenette and office stationery.

  • Liaise with clients and answer queries via email/calls etc.

  • Arrange to have documents printed and packaged projects according to request.

  • Answer calls and provide information as necessary.

  • Generate reports, oversee administrative activities, and forecast upcoming events. 

  • Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, credibility and integrity in the performance of functions to enhance and maintain a positive and credible image of the office.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other program applications appropriate to assigned responsibilities.

  • Solid dictation and transcribing skills.

  • General knowledge in budget cash flow preparation.

  • Knowledge of office management and administrative procedures and practices.

  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of public administration.

  • Ability to compose correspondence and reports.

Minimum Required Qualification and Experience: 

  • BSc. In Management Studies or Business Administration.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.

  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems.

  • Five (5) years’ experience in Administrative Management or Business Administration or related Social Science roles.

  • Paralegal qualification or training, would be an asset.
