The successful candidate will be responsible for updating accounting records and reconciling.
JOB DUTIES
Updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g. disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
Reconciling records with internal Company employees and Management, or external vendors or customers.
Reconciling accounts in a timely manner.
Investigating questionable data.
Compiling data and preparing a variety of reports.
Recommending actions to resolve discrepancies.
Assisting in reporting procedures at the end of each month.
Position Requirements
A minimum of five (5) CXC O’ Level passes inclusive of Mathematics and English
