You will take accountability and responsibility for driving Export revenue and contribution growth for Kaleidoscope products. The initial focus will be our Decorative and Automotive Paints.
Key Responsibilities-
• Managing relationships with regional and international clients, vendors, and business partners
• Negotiating distributor contracts with new vendors and clients as well as terminating contracts with existing clients or vendors when necessary for non-performance
• Coordinating freight shipments to ensure that they arrive on time and without damage or shortage
• Developing and implementing plans for increasing market share through brand awareness, new product development, and approved expenditure for advertising/promotional plan
• Managing the inventory of goods held in remote storage facilities, including stock rotation, monitoring stock levels and ordering replacements when necessary
• Preparing monthly management reports on all activities: sales, promotions, costs and profit margins for international markets
• Coordinating the supply chain process from Customer order to shipment to customer delivery
• Cooperating with other departments within the company to ensure that all international export business operations run smoothly
• Ensure proper management and execution of Advertising and Promotional activities and budget in each territory/country
Detailed profile of the successful applicant-
• Minimum 10 years Commercial leadership Experience with at least 5 years in export Territory management
• Post graduate degree in Business or Marketing
• Strong Analytical, creative and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent People skills and Communication
• Experienced in working with distributor partners
• Proven record of delivering Export performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English an asset
• Valid Passport.
