KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team. Train and mentor a team of sales professionals. Set sales targets, monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sale goals.
  • Foster a collaborative & results driven culture that results in customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Achieve or exceed the fiscal sales budget that this assigned to the sales unit.
  • Develop and execute market development strategies: Identify and evaluate new market segments, niches and geographical areas for business expansion.
  • Drive new business acquisition: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision- makers and stakeholders in target markets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiation contracts, and close deals to drive revenue.
  • Ensuring that team members conform with the company's processes, record-keeping, reporting and time-tracking requirements.
  • Ensuring that the delivery of solutions to customers is in accordance with the company’s standards, policies and business practices.
  • Managing suppliers’ relationships. Relationship building with customers.
  • Leading and motivating the team in the proper performance of their jobs.
  • Managing major opportunities, accounts and Projects/Bids
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to include involvement in Project Management Teams
  • Plan, coordinate and oversea trade shows, customer information sessions and any associated customer event in keeping with the achievement of the objectives of the unit.

 

 ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of four (4) years' experience in a sales management capacity, with at least two (2) years in a senior managerial role.
  • Experience working with CRM tools.
  • Ability to balance business needs with IT solutions.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent training, presentation, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate, delegate, motivate, and mentor.
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution, negotiation, team building, and risk management.
