DELIVERY DRIVER

The Delivery Driver is responsible for the delivery and pickup of a wide range of consumer products and documentations whilst maintaining a professional image and providing superb customer service.

• Load, transport, and delivery of Consumer goods to clients or businesses in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Reviewing  of orders  before and after delivery to ensure that  orders are complete, charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading products from vehicles.
• Accepting  payments for delivered goods
• Adherence to assigned routes schedules.
• Adherence  to the Company's Motor Vehicle  Policy and Regulations whilst adhering to the laws that governs the operations of motor vehicles
• Preparation of reports, logs and other documentation relating to deliveries.
• Monitor log sheet of daily activities; update previous logs daily
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Any other related duties

REQUIRED SKILLS, BEHAVIOURS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Minimum 3 CXC subjects inclusive of Mathematics & English
• Excellent Customer Service  Skills
• At least 2 year experience as a Delivery Driver
