We are hiring:
Customer Advocate
Roles and responsibilities
-Lead in the resolution of assigned client queries
-Provide support and feedback to group members
-Keep supervisors informed about client queries
-Provide client training as required
-Conduct virtual or physical training site visits to enhance customer experience
-Submit weekly reports to the supervisor
-Recommend enhancements to the company's product offerings
-Provide occassional IT support for MSD and its customers including diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with workstations, servers, networks and printers
-Performs other customer service and IT related duties as assigned by Manager /Supervisor
Education and Experience
-Degree in computer science or similar or equivalent work related experience
-Accounting, IT Help Desk, Computer Repairs, Networking Knowledge, will be an asset
-CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
-Financial Institution experience will be an asset
-Experience using MSD's flagship product "Emortelle" will be a definite asset
-Knowledge of SQL queries will be an asset
