Lynk is looking for an extroverted B2B Development Partner to work with our intuitive Growth team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Focus on acquiring small to medium businesses to drive adoption and use of Lynk across local industries.
  • Work closing with the Sales Managers to identify business opportunities, generate leads, negotiate terms and conditions and closing business deals.
  • Thinking strategically to create and deliver complex, configured solutions that provide value to clients’ bottom line
  • Growing the amount of transactions/engagement per merchant on your portfolio.
  • Support Peer2Peer (P2P) initiatives within specific communities with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences and other Lynk initiatives to drive P2P acquisition and engagement and generate Merchants leads.
  • Seek new opportunities for acquisition and engagement within the target group through networking, cold calling, and social media channels
  • Propose and support sales campaigns to promote behavior change and drive increased usage of our platform
  • Manage sales pipeline and ensure it is always current.
  • Sharing insights and feedback from merchant conversations to Marketing and Product teams to support better campaigning and customer experience
  • Remain knowledgeable of Lynk features and services to support prospect and customer needs

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Sales (related to the Finance/FinTech Industries) 
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
