As part of our commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Department Supervisor to join our team and lead our corporate client servicing department.

Position: Department Supervisor - Corporate Lines
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee our corporate client servicing department. As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring top-notch customer service, and fostering long-lasting relationships with our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Lead and supervise a team of client service representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and provide tailored insurance solutions.
4. Monitor and assess team performance metrics to drive productivity and achieve departmental goals.
5. Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting corporate insurance.
7.  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The successful applicant should be educated to a minimum undergraduate degree in a business or related discipline.
• Ideal, but not essential, they should be the holder of a professional certification, ACII or DipCii or other certification in general insurance.
• Extensive experience in the general insurance industry, preferably in corporate client servicing.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and industry best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex insurance-related scenarios and provide effective solutions.
• Proficient in utilizing insurance management software and client relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Proven track record of leadership and team management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
