The Role

 Manage the office efficiently and in compliance with company policies by organizing activities and coordinating operations. Excellent time management skills are crucial in this position, as well as the ability to establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Prepare Fortnightly Payroll

  • Prepare company Billing/Invoices

  • Prepare Proposals, work order etc. in Microkey and laisse with Sales Representative across the Group of Companies
  • Provide Customer Service Support to Clients (technical, billing queries)
  • Provide Technical Support to Technicians
  • Provide Support to Inventory Department
  • Provide Support to Billing Department
  • Prepare Purchase Order and Procurement of equipment, tools etc.
  • General administrative duties: database management, record management, managing office supplies, etc.  
  • Preparing, dispatching & managing company correspondences – internal & external stakeholders
  • General HR Admin. support – Contract management, Benefits, Training Request Letters, Uniform (Purchase/issue etc.
  • Overseeing accounts receivables/payables of the company
  • Provide support for Smart Meter Project
  • Responsible for the refueling of LPG tanks in 4 parishes
  • Responsible for petty cash
  • Managing company/supplier relationships
  • Manages Company Closed User Group (CUG)
  • Provide Support to Branch Manager/Junior Manager and Supervisors   

 

A Little About You

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Exceptional customer communication both internally and externally
  • Must be proficient in MS Office – (Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook)
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service is required.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Minimal supervision and use of initiative would be great assets

 

Minimum Qualification  

  • Associate or B. Sc /BBA in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred field
  • 2 or more years related work experience in same or similar capacity
