Social Media Officer

We are looking for:

A creative Social Media Officer to join our team. As a Social Media Officer, you will be responsible for implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and customer experience. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales department to achieve specific measurable customer experience targets.

You will be Accountable for the following deliverables:

• Implement and manage our social media strategy
• Manage all social media content.
• Measure the success of various social media platform.
• Proper use of various social media marketing tools
• Work with designers/ graphic to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Respond to all social media client communication/queries.

requirements and Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a Social Media Officer or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of posting on various social media platforms.
• Knowledge of measuring platform user convertibility
• Understanding of SEO and Web Traffic metrics
• Familiarity with Web Design and Publishing
• Excellent use of English skills
