To provide support to the HR team with the effective execution of the day-to-day activities associated with Recruitment and selection , Records Management , HR activities , on-boarding of new hires and any other assigned related tasks.
Primary Objective of the job:
To provide support to the HR team with the effective execution of the day-to-day activities associated with Recruitment and selection , Records Management , HR activities , on-boarding of new hires and any other assigned related tasks.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
§ Download resumes and collaborating with the HR Officer to short-list candidates before scheduling interviews
§ Ensure that documents are prepared for interview panel, prior to the interview date/time (i.e. resumes, evaluation sheets etc.)
Liaise with and assist HR Officer with scheduling interviews
Records Management
On-boarding
Staff Engagement
Learning Management System
General
§ Respond to general HR queries from internal/external customers via telephone or email
§ Working alongside the HR Team on any special projects as assigned
. Prepare correspondences; job letters, confirmation letters etc.
. Collate reports such as sick leave, Manpower etc.
. Coordinating meetings and other events.
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
§ Diploma/Associate Degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences from a recognized institution.
§ 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
§ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
. Knowledge of the Labour Laws.
