To provide support to the HR team with the effective execution of the day-to-day activities associated with Recruitment and selection , Records Management , HR activities , on-boarding of new hires and any other assigned related tasks.

Primary Objective of the job:

To provide support to the HR team with the effective execution of the day-to-day activities associated with Recruitment and selection , Records Management , HR activities , on-boarding of new hires and any other assigned related tasks.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Recruitment and Selection:

§  Download resumes and collaborating with the HR Officer to  short-list candidates before scheduling interviews

§  Ensure that documents are prepared for interview panel, prior to the interview date/time (i.e. resumes, evaluation sheets etc.)

 Liaise with and assist HR Officer with scheduling interviews

 

Records Management

  • Update and monitor and maintain employee files with the required documents and conduct periodic file audits for adherence

 

On-boarding

  • Support the on-boarding process by assisting the HR Officer in contacting and collating new hire documents.
  • Prepare new employee files for review by HR Assistant
  • Provide support in enhancing employee experience.

 

Staff Engagement

  • Conceptualize activities based on themes to generate staff participation.
  • Lead staff engagement activities

 

Learning Management System

 

  • Monitor learning management system.
  • Submit monthly report on usage of system and develop gamification activities 

 

General

§  Respond to general HR queries from internal/external customers via telephone or email

§  Working alongside the HR Team on any special projects as assigned

.  Prepare correspondences; job letters, confirmation letters etc.

.  Collate reports such as sick leave, Manpower etc.

.  Coordinating meetings and other events.

 

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

 

§  Diploma/Associate Degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences from a recognized institution.

§  1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity

§  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

.  Knowledge of the Labour Laws.
