The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the sales teams by taking, processing, and fulfilling customer orders, responding to customer enquiries, and maintaining sales related databases.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the sales teams by taking, processing, and fulfilling customer orders, responding to customer enquiries, and maintaining sales related databases.
Key deliverables will include but not limited to:
• Coordinate order processing of all Rubis products
• Accurate and complete order processing and fulfillment using the tools provided.
• Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve a customer satisfaction index of 85%.
• Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
• Liaise with sales and other supporting departments to ensure on time and in-full order fulfillment.
• Prepare quotations, debit notes, credit notes, miscellaneous invoices, and any other required document for billing purposes.
• Capture loss product sales daily
• Resolve customers’ queries for all Rubis product sales.
• Collaborate with all Rubis customers on preplanning of deliveries.
• Provide general advice on all HSE and general operational requirements of the company.
• Prepare haulage contractor, customer, depot, lubricant sales, and other required reports.
• Receive customer complaints and direct same to appropriate account holder.
• Prepare debit, credit, and miscellaneous invoices.
• Collaborate internally and support team objectives.
• Provide solutions to assist in the improvement of order processing.
Qualification & Experience
• First degree in Business/Sales/Marketing and/or related professional qualifications
• Training in tele-sales, direct sales, customer service or marketing
• At least two years’ experience in a customer service environment
• Knowledge of Company procedures, authorizations, and controls
• Knowledge of the Company’s products and basic technical issues
• Problem solving skills.
• Working knowledge of accounting systems
