AIRPORT MANAGER

The Airport Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facility and delivering exceptional customer service, with a passion for leadership, problem-solving, and the car rental industry.

An international car rental brand is seeking talented, self-motivated Airport Managers for our offices at the Norman 

Manley International and Sangster International Airports. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of our operations at the Airport
● Manage, supervise, and provide leadership to employees to ensure smooth operations
● Monitor facility conditions at the airport, maintain rental facility and equipment, coordinating repairs and inspections
● Monitor and oversee counter sales, evaluate performance, and provide guidance
● Ensure proper vehicle preparation and adherence to quality and safety standards
● Forecast business needs and maintain optimal fleet availability
● Prepare accurate daily business reports
● Address customer inquiries and complaints, and authorize adjustments
● Oversee financial processes

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
● At least 2 years experience in a similar role
● Strong leadership and communication skills
● Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
● Proficient in using computer systems and software
● Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices
● Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
