Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Services, the Manager, Administration is responsible for coordinating the delivery of office and ancillary support services; this includes the registry, procurement, janitorial, bearer and property management services.

CORPORATE SERVICES DIVISION
The National Export-Import Bank of Jamaica Limited (EXIM Bank) is seeking to identify a suitably qualified individuals to fill the abovementioned post.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will:
- Meet deadlines for preparation of annual operational and capital budget and procurement;
- Monitor service agreements and query inconsistencies;
- Participates in the development and maintenance of operational policies and procedures;
- Keeps abreast of best practices related to office administration and recommends/ initiates their use where applicable to improve productivity and achieve organizational objectives;
- Ensures adequate supply and appropriate resources are available to effectively carry out the work of the department; monitors and ensures the proper use and care of equipment and other physical resources;
- Oversee the procurement functions of the Bank ensuring established procedures are adhered to;
- Oversee the administration of the purchasing of grocery, stationery, office supplies and equipment ensuring adherence to established guidelines;
- Oversee fixed asset registry and ensures proper maintenance to reflect addition and removal of assets in a timely manner; manages the numbering process of fixed assets ensuring that numbers are properly designated and assets appropriately labelled;
- Fleet management;
- Oversee the bank’s registry;
- Ensure proper and accurate reports are prepared and submitted as required; and
- Participate in the effective management of risks within the Bank.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
The position requires the following qualifications/experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a business-related discipline;
- Certificate and experience with Public Sector Procurement Policies and Procedures: and
- Eight (8) years work experience with at least three (3) years in a supervisory role in Office Administration.
