Our client, Prestige Holdings Limited (PHL) is seeking to fill the position of Equipment Maintenance Manager. This position will be based at the Port-of-Spain Office but will be but will be servicing stores throughout South Trinidad.
Kindly note that this position is offered as a one (1) year contract.
Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all equipment of Prestige Holdings Limited, which includes all KFC, Pizza Hut, Subway, Starbucks and TGI Friday’s locations, Head Office and Warehouses. He/she coordinates and directs the Preventative Maintenance and repair of same through the service technicians and selected contractors as necessary. In most cases of contracted work, a prior agreement on price will be necessary with three quotations being obtained before work commences. He/she oversees the proper operation and timely resolution of the Equipment through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for the Hot and Cold Equipment. The incumbent undertakes his responsibilities with a significant level of autonomy but must consult with the Business Development Manager for decision making outside of pre-established guide.
