Accounting Clerk

Salary Base 1M-1.5M Per Annum 

A self-motivated, detail-oriented and eager to learn Accounting Enthusiast with strong multitasking, communication, and time management abilities is what we are looking for. Managing the account receivables and payables, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking, and creating budgets and reports are all tasks that the incumbent might anticipate performing for the Chief Accountant.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for providing support to the Chief Accountant in:
• Performing basic office tasks, such as data entry in QuickBooks and Loandisk.
• Handling communications with internal and external clients and vendors via phone,
• email, and in office.
• Managing accounts receivable and payable
• Preparing audit schedules
• Preparing financial reports.
• Assisting with the budget, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• You will succeed in the role if you possess the following:
• Professional Certification/Associate/First Degree in Business Administration/Accounting.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Tools and strong typing skills.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is an asset
• Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Professional mannerism and a strong work ethics.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
