As a Program Coordinator, you will support the Program Managers in their planning and reporting activities. You will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties for several programs

OVERVIEW:

KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named "Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)" operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States ("the Client").

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

  • Assist with setting up and maintaining milestones in the Program Management tool
  • Under the guidance of the Program Manager, document and manage project activities, risks, issues, and status in the Program Management tool
  • Support the Program Manager in creating the Program deliverables, as appropriate (Program Charter, RACI, Program Plan, Schedule. etc.)
  • Support the Program Manager in onboarding and offboarding team members

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding program issues
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues to the Program Manager and JESS leadership, and recommend corrective action in a timely manner
  • Cultivate productive relationships with stakeholder groups
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand any changes to the program's policies, processes, and procedures and implement affected changes

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited educational institution; a Master's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • PMP Certification is desired
  • Minimum five (5) years of project management experience; experience in creating and managing project reports is required
