The Clinical Simulation program aims to educate and mentor future leaders in the field of medical simulation. Clinical Simulation fellows will gain competence in educational, administrative, and research elements of simulation, as well as the knowledge required to conduct simulation education in the simulation center.

The completion of this fellowship and addition to resume has shown to add quality and focus to the application for residency. This is a great opportunity, with your travel, room and board paid for. For you to enhance your credentials.

 If you have completed an MD degree, passed Step and 2 or the equivalent, willing  to move to Antigua for the duration of a year, team player, ability to advise and work with other students,please send us a short cover letter and your updated resume asap.

• You will Engage in scholarly research activities, Demonstrate commitment to support the mission and vision of the university and diversity of students and faculty of the institution
• Help develop and deliver course content incorporating evidence-based education practices using active learning techniques in clinical simulated sessions
• Collaborate with AUA faculty to co-ordinate the inter-disciplinary collaboration
• Participate in curriculum development
• Participate in simulation advisory board meetings

The program runs from July to December and January to June.
