To direct and supervise all aspects of the Valuation Department.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- To inspect properties, prepare, review and sign valuation reports done by the company.
- Consult with and provide professional advice to the Qualifying Director and the General Manager.
- Direct and supervise all aspects of the Company’s valuation practice.
- Submit proposals for new business.
- Preparation of the annual Valuation Revenue Budget
- Solicit new business from new and existing customers.
- Check and approve Purchase Orders for goods and services on behalf of the company
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- First Degree in Management Studies or Land, Economy & Valuation Surveying
- RICS Certification in Valuations
MINUMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Two (2) years in Real Estate Valuation
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Five (5) years in Real Estate Valuations up to Supervisory Level
