The Toll Collector is responsible for processing vehicles and collecting toll fare (with the exception of toll exempt vehicles) in the form of cash, and other methods of payment,

Assesses, collects, and registers toll fares for Classes 1-4 of vehicles passing through an assigned toll lane based on the automatic vehicle detection system/the height and length of the vehicle. Issues machine-printed or prepares handwritten cash receipts. Examines monies (local and foreign currency) to ensure that they are not counterfeit or mutilated. Complies with rules and regulations pertinent to Toll Collection as well as the safety of themselves and others Demonstrates and maintains professionalism at all times.
