HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Reporting to the Assistant/ Executive Housekeeper, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing the performance of the room attendants and housemen, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean, safe, comfortable and well supplied.

Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:

• Inspecting rooms, occupied and vacant, to ensure that they meet the standards set by Sandals/Beaches Resorts.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Handling all guest concerns efficiently, tactfully and courteously.
• Monitoring linen to ensure that highest quality standards are maintained.
• Assisting Executive Housekeeper in inventory and management reports.
• The ability to analyse and resolve problems, exercising good judgment. 

  Qualifications and Experience:

• College or University Degree from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ management and/or supervisory experience in a first-class resort.
• Excellent organisational and team management skills
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
