The Inventory System Specialist is responsible for processing inventory transactions for the distribution arm of Seprod Ltd.

JOB SUMMARY                                                           

The Inventory System Specialist is responsible for processing inventory transactions for the distribution arm of Seprod Ltd.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Process requests to receive, move adjust inventory in the systems for the distribution companies
  • Accurately enter and maintain inventory costing in the inventory management systems
  • Log, file and dispatch all relevant documentation related to stock movement and adjustment transactions
  • Process inventory transfers to and from the van sales team
  • Perform the relevant setups and complete data entries for stock taking exercises
  • Any other duties that may pertain to the system management of inventory for the company as indicated by the team supervisor or department manager

ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Timely and accurately receival of all goods in the warehouse
  • Prompt submission of receival reports to the data department within stipulated time
  • Credit Notes are accurately entered onto S2K system daily

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline
  • 5 CSEC Subjects
  • 1 -3 years experience in accounting, MIS, record-keeping, computer based field
