Administrative Assistant will work alongside out Technical Manager to assist with creating schedules, organizing jobsheets for technicians and sending schedules using Evernote, Excel and Whats App.
As an Administrative Assistant at Blinds Designs Limited, one will act as an administrative support to the Technical / Installation Manager to ensure each customer's job is successfully completed and every customer is satisfied with the process, product and execution of each job.
The job entails the below:
- Go through all emails and ensure each email is answered or executed
- Scheduling is completed on Excel, confirmed and sent to each technician by Whats App
-Jobsheets are organized for each technician for each day
-Plan out of town days and appointments and liase with Production Manager to ensure Installation Manager's schedules are seamless
-Assist walk in customers from time to time
-Answer phone calls and assist customers by forwarding to the relevant persons
-Assist with collections
-Print labels for each jobsheet before submission
-Answer customer queries through Whats App, Instagram, Facebook, Email
-Will use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Whats App, Instagram, Quickbooks
-Keep track of timelines for jobsheets and ensure give each customer an update of their job along the way
-Any other administrative assitance needed throughout the department
