Photovoltaics Solution Manager (onsite)

To develop viable and economically sustainable PV projects and proposals.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limit to the following:

1. Promote the value of i smart PV solution, carry out technical communication activities with customers, output a series of documents, and guide customers to understand the smart PV solution.
2. Support customer for solution design based on the company's Photovoltaics product;
3. Be responsible for pre-sales technical support, on-site survey, and testing
4. Participate in partner development, and have a basic understanding of market insights and contract transaction clauses.

Skills and Requirments：

1. Bachelor degree or above in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Physics or Solar/Renewable Energy related professional background

2. More than 3 years of experience in electric power or solar PV industry, Familiar with the development and construction processes of PV or ESS power plants is preferred. Working experience in at least one of the following:

-        the PV inverter or BESS manufacturer,

-        solar/ inverter/ BESS/ power electronics test lab,

-        standard development or certification organization,

-        renewable energy engineering consultancy firm,

-        utility solar PV power plant EPC/developer company,

-        Grid operator, with strong connection to TSO, GSO 

-        policy making entity/ regulator/ authority related to solar energy.

3. Outgoing character, good at social networking, excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills.

4. With knowledge of the PV industry in solution, test, pre-sales, and post-sales. Experience in new energy development or power plant design is preferred.

5.  Proficient in Microsoft office software such as PPT and Word documents.

6. With lab test experience or field test experience is preferred.

7. Overseas short-term business trips are required

8. Familiar to PVsyst simulation is preferred.
