The Spa Consultant will work with architects and interior designers to create a suitable layout for designing the overall look of the spa. This piece of work will focus on organic, luxury defined Spa in terms of esthetics, look feel, treatment types and services.

The Spa Consultant works in liaison with the Tryall Club. The Spa Consultant will work with architects and interior designers to create a suitable layout for designing the overall look of the spa.

This piece of work will focus on organic, luxury defined Spa in terms of esthetics, look feel, treatment types and services. The plan will consider the ambience and feel of the Spa and will work towards ensuring that the vision is aligned with The Tryall Clubs’ Brand.

The menu concept will capture all offerings of a Spa with clarity on the deliverables. This will include massage, skincare, hair styling, manicure & pedicure treatments, yoga, product sales, specialist Spa including Food & Beverage.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in operating/opening and offering consulting services for luxury Spas
  • Pre-Opening Activities, formulation of pre-opening plans
  • Market analysis, site analysis, and financial feasibility studies
  • Concept development and programming
  • Financial forecasts
  • Equipment, supplies, and operations specifications and procurement
  • Creation of spa menus, programming, and pricing
  • Retail product development, procurement, and merchandising
  • Compensation strategies and policies
  • Sales and customer service training
  • Technical training for therapy staff
  • Operational assessments of staff, facility, customer service, and financial performance
  • Business process analysis, including inventory management
  • Sales and marketing performance analysis
  • Motivational, customer service, and staff training and development
  • Retail performance review and vendor and pricing analysis
  • Quality management system review
