Job Overview

In this role you will be tasked to perform various pharmaceutical analysis to validate quality of products in collaboration with other Chemist, Pharmacist and other pharmaceutical professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative experiments using lab equipment
• Preparing and testing solutions
• Analysing and reporting test results
• Helping build safe, high-quality products
• Conducting tests on chemical products and analysing their compositions
• Preparing chemical solutions
• Analysing organic and inorganic compounds to determine their composition
• Writing technical reports of test results
• Maintaining lab equipment and troubleshooting or reporting malfunctions
• Refining chemical products to improve their quality
• Ensuring compliance with laboratory health and safety guidelines
• Sterilising equipment and storing materials in secure places

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry.
• Have at least 1 year experience in related field
• Have good mathematic and reasoning ability
• Be a fast learner and be ready to read and adopt new technique and principles
• Understand fully the principles of UV analysis and the relevant calculations.
• Experience with UV analysis, and the use of HPLC and Mass Spectrometer will prove to be an asset
