Soft Collections Associates
Requirements
- 3 and more CXC's(including Math and English) and CAPE Subjects
- 2-4 years experience in Collections within the B.P.O.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written presentation, and communication skills
- Flexible to work any day of the week including on weekends, public holidays and up to 10pm
